Questions we get every week
If yours is not here, call the desk. Somebody answers at any hour, including the middle of the night.
Yes, for a one way trip on that route. Tolls, state entry permits, driver allowance and airport parking are already counted in. The only thing that changes it is adding a stop or changing the destination on the day, and we would tell you the new figure before moving rather than at the end.
No. A four in the morning pickup costs the same as a midday one, and Diwali week is charged at the same rate as any other week. There is no surge pricing on any route we publish.
Not for a standard one way booking. You pay the driver at the end by cash, UPI or card. For large group vehicles or multi day trips we sometimes ask for a small advance, and we say so when confirming rather than at the door.
Give us the flight number when you book and the driver watches the live arrival time rather than the time you typed in. Waiting is free for as long as the airline is late, and the fare does not change.
Usually, yes. The routes here are the ones we run often enough to publish a fixed price for. Call the desk with the two points and we will quote it, and if it becomes a regular run it goes on the rate card too.
A sedan seats four with two large suitcases. An SUV seats six or seven with four. If you are close to the line, take the SUV. On runs over four hours most people prefer it anyway for the legroom.
Yes. Switch the booking form to round trip and give us both dates. Round trips are quoted separately because the car waits with you, so the fixed one way fare on the rate card does not simply double.
A day ahead is comfortable for most routes. For a pre dawn airport run, or anything during a festival week, give us as much notice as you can because the early slots fill first. We do take same day bookings when a car is free.
Cancel by phone or WhatsApp and there is no charge, provided the driver has not already set off for you. If the car is on its way we may ask for the distance already covered. We will always tell you the position before charging anything.
No. Luggage is included as long as it fits the vehicle class you booked. What matters is volume rather than weight, so tell us the number of bags and we will confirm the car fits them.
Every driver is police verified and commercially licensed, and the ones on these corridors work them regularly. You get the driver name, the vehicle and the plate number by message the evening before you travel.
Yes. Ask when booking and we will issue one against your company details. Corporate accounts get a single consolidated invoice at the end of each month instead of one per trip.
Ask the desk directly.
We would rather answer a question before you book than sort out a misunderstanding afterwards.
