Fares

The fares published on this site are for a one way trip on the route named, in the vehicle class named. They include all tolls on the route, state entry permits where applicable, driver allowance, night halt where applicable, airport parking and entry, and fuel for the whole distance.

The fare quoted when we confirm your booking is the fare you pay. It does not change because of the time of day, the day of the year, weather, or traffic conditions on the day.

A fare may change only if you change the booking: adding a stop that materially extends the distance, changing the destination, or changing the vehicle class. In every such case we will tell you the new figure before the car moves, never afterwards.

Round trips and day hire

Round trip and day hire bookings are quoted separately from the one way rate card, because the vehicle and driver remain with you. A one way fare does not simply double for a return.

Waiting time

For airport pickups, waiting is free for the length of any airline delay, provided you gave us the flight number at booking. For other pickups we include a reasonable grace period, and prolonged waiting beyond that may be charged at the rate we tell you at the time.

Luggage

Luggage is included at no extra charge provided it fits the vehicle class booked. A sedan takes two large suitcases, an SUV takes four. If your luggage will not fit the class booked, the driver will say so and we will arrange the correct vehicle, which may change the fare.

Payment

One way bookings are paid at the end of the trip, directly to the driver, by cash, UPI or card. We may ask for a modest advance on large group vehicles, multi day hires and some round trips, and we will say so when confirming rather than at the door.

Cancellation

See the cancellation and refunds page for the full position. In short: cancel before the driver sets off and there is nothing to pay.

Our responsibilities and limits

We will provide a licensed, insured commercial vehicle and a verified driver, and we will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time. We are not liable for delays caused by things outside our control, including traffic, weather, road closures, protests or mechanical failure, though in the case of a breakdown we will arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as we can.

We are not responsible for belongings left in the vehicle, though we will always try to recover and return them.

Conduct

Smoking and alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles. Drivers may end a trip where a passenger behaves in a way that is unsafe or abusive, and in that situation the fare remains payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
