What we collect when you book, why we need it, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect
When you submit the booking form we collect your mobile number, the two cities, your travel date and time, and the page you booked from. That is the whole list. We do not ask for your name, your email or your address to make a booking, and we do not ask for payment details at any point because you pay the driver directly.
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can answer you and refer back to it if you book again.
Why we need it
Your mobile number is how we confirm the booking and how the driver reaches you on the day. The route and date are what we are quoting. The page you booked from tells us which routes people actually use, which is how we decide what to publish next.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing. We do not send promotional messages to numbers that booked a cab. The only people who see your number are the desk staff handling the booking and the driver allocated to your trip.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and for handling any dispute about a trip, and then deleted. If you want your record removed sooner, call or email and we will do it.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no advertising cookies. If analytics is enabled, it is loaded only after you accept it and it records pages viewed rather than anything that identifies you personally. Declining changes nothing about your ability to book.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the desk using the details on the contact page and we will deal with it directly. There is no form to fill in.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
