Five ways people use us

Most of what we do is one way intercity travel, but the same cars and the same drivers cover the rest of it.

One way intercity

You pay for the journey you take, not the return leg the car makes empty. Every one of our published routes is a one way price, and it is the cheapest way to travel between two cities if you are not coming straight back.

  • Fixed fare agreed before travel
  • Tolls and state permits inside the price
  • Pay at the end by cash, UPI or card

Airport pickup and drop

Give us the flight number and the driver watches the live arrival time. If your plane is two hours late, the wait costs nothing and the fare does not move. For departures we work backwards from the check in time.

  • Free waiting on any airline delay
  • Name card meet and greet at arrivals
  • Airport parking and entry already paid

Round trip and day hire

For a return the same day or a weekend away, the car and driver stay with you for the whole trip. Kevadiya and the Statue of Unity are the routes people book this way most often.

  • Same car and driver throughout
  • Waiting time included, not metered
  • Quoted per trip rather than per kilometre

Outstation and interstate

Mumbai and Udaipur are the two long legs we run regularly. Both cross a state border, and the permit is arranged in advance with its cost already inside your fare.

  • State permits arranged and included
  • Night halt allowance in the price
  • Rest stops planned into the schedule

Common questions

Before you book a service.

Yes, for a one way trip on that route. Tolls, state entry permits, driver allowance and airport parking are already counted in. The only thing that changes it is adding a stop or changing the destination on the day, and we would tell you the new figure before moving rather than at the end.

No. A four in the morning pickup costs the same as a midday one, and Diwali week is charged at the same rate as any other week. There is no surge pricing on any route we publish.

Not for a standard one way booking. You pay the driver at the end by cash, UPI or card. For large group vehicles or multi day trips we sometimes ask for a small advance, and we say so when confirming rather than at the door.

Give us the flight number when you book and the driver watches the live arrival time rather than the time you typed in. Waiting is free for as long as the airline is late, and the fare does not change.

Usually, yes. The routes here are the ones we run often enough to publish a fixed price for. Call the desk with the two points and we will quote it, and if it becomes a regular run it goes on the rate card too.

A sedan seats four with two large suitcases. An SUV seats six or seven with four. If you are close to the line, take the SUV. On runs over four hours most people prefer it anyway for the legroom.

Tell us the route. We will send the number.

Most bookings are settled on WhatsApp in under five minutes, at any hour. No app, no account, no waiting for a callback.
