Cancellation and refunds
The short version: cancel before the car sets off and it costs you nothing.

Cancelling a one way booking
Call or WhatsApp the desk. If the driver has not yet set off for your pickup, there is no cancellation charge of any kind. Because one way bookings are paid at the end of the trip, in almost every case there is nothing to refund because nothing has been paid.
If the driver has already set off
If the car is already on its way when you cancel, we may ask you to cover the distance it has travelled. We will tell you that figure at the time, and it is only ever the actual running cost rather than a penalty. For a short city pickup this is usually nothing at all.
No show
If the car arrives, waits through the grace period and nobody travels, we may charge the distance covered. We will always attempt to reach you on the number given before treating a booking as a no show.
Where an advance was paid
For the few bookings that carry an advance, such as multi day hires or large group vehicles, the advance is refunded in full if you cancel at least twenty four hours before the pickup time. Inside twenty four hours we may retain part of it against the car already committed, and we will explain the amount before doing so.
If we cancel
If we cannot provide the vehicle for any reason, we will tell you as early as we can and arrange a replacement at the same fare. If no replacement is possible, any advance paid is refunded in full, without deduction.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back by the method used to pay, usually UPI or bank transfer, within five to seven working days of being agreed.
Complaints
If something went wrong on a trip, call the desk rather than leaving it. We would far rather hear about it and put it right than find out from a review.
